Bring on the Cold…

Winter weather is trying to sneak in and we’re getting the birds’ homes nice and cozy. It has been a long couple months with ample non-quail business going on. We do have plenty of eggs available if anybody wants to get some for holiday hors d'oeuvres, and the store page might be worth checking out if y’all need some fun gifts!

On another note, we’re definitely desperately behind on posting our recipes page and that is a real shame with all the good flavors packed in those eggs. So, while we all continue to wait to bring that online, I’m going to give you the cheat code: 4 Minute Boil. That’s it. Get a near roiling boil, toss in some salt and eggs, pull them out in 4 minutes and toss them in cold water. Now you have a delicious snack on it’s own, or the star of that quail-egg chopped salad you’re going to use to show up your aunt Becky at the get-together this year!
